Plant Tissue Culture for Banana Production
About Lesson
  1. Prepare a soil medium with 1:1:1 ratio using garden soil, decomposed rice hull and organic fertilizer.
  2. Heat sterilize the soil medium.
  3. Remove the banana cultures from the bottles after hardening.
  4. Wash with water.
  5. Dip the roots in a fungicide solution for 30 minutes.
  6. Plant the banana in the prepared soil medium.
