1. Cull, discard and decontaminate the bottles with visible colony of the microorganisms.

Decontaminating Culture Medium

1. Place the contaminated bottles in a pot. Add water.
2. Boil the pot into 30 minutes.
3. Remove the wastes and pour in a container.
4. Seal the container.
5. Collect wastes from decontamination through a garbage collector.
6. Wash the bottles with detergent, bleach and autoclave for 30 minutes.
