About Lesson
  1. Wash the udder of the Doe with lukewarm water and wipe it with clean towel.
  2. All milking utensils, especially the milkers’ hand, must be thoroughly cleaned.
  3. Test the udder with using electronic mastitis detector prior to milk collection. You can use also a conventional mastitis kit if electronic device is not available
  4. Give milking concentrates during milking. This will serve as incentive to the goats for them to enjoy and look forward.  
  5. Insert the milking hand to the udder of the Doe. Gently massage the udder as the machine continues sucking.
  6. After milking, measure the amount of milk being collected for record purposes.
  7. Store the collected milk in the container and keep refrigerated.
