As milk of goats is one of the most nutritious types of milk compared with other livestock. The milk undergoes processing to increase the variety of nutrients within the milk and increase its shelf life. The basic process after collecting milk is pasteurization.  Milk are being heated to 72°C for no less than 15 seconds, then cooled immediately to destroy any harmful bacteria and micro-organism.

Pasteurization can be done immediately after milk collection when you plan to store your milk for the next day processing or you wish to process it immediately.
